Owning more properties does not exactly equal more wealth.
Spoiler Alert! More properties = more headaches and extra cash flow = increased income taxes.

The Key is to balance equity deals with cash flow deals. Just owning 2 properties at a time alone can build you financial freedom. Of course, I am not telling you to only own 2 properties but that just by owning 2 properties at a time you can achieve financial freedom and can continuously build wealth. This is a brand-new strategy I came up with that I never seen anywhere on the internet.
I call it the Green – Green – Red (GGR) Technique.

A strategy that is pure real estate investing, easy to understand even for beginners, is semi passive, and at its core, is the interchangeability of 2 properties to grow vertical and not horizontal (more cash flowing doors). Executing the technique is enough to reach financial freedom but can also just serve as the base for the more ambitious investors.
